Together, we can take a compassionate look at past events, helping you to identify behavioural patterns and emotional blocks that might be impacting your current relationships, self-esteem, or emotional well-being.
This process can help to heal old wounds and create new, healthy ways of being. If you’re ready, I can guide you through this journey at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

The work is led by you. I will provide a space to explore your experiences and childhood trauma. We can unpick your behaviours and patterns to support you in knowing and understanding yourself better.

better relationships with others. If you would like a place to process your traumas, explore your thoughts and feelings.
